My hobbies

Outside of school I do a lot of activities.  When I was younger my mom and dad decided to get me involved in soccer.  I played soccer for about seven years and it was one of my favorite pass times. I was a goalie for three out of seven years that I played.  I also play softball; I am a catcher and first basemen.  I don’t play softball for John Carroll because if I did I wouldn’t be able to do my favorite hobby.  I love to act, sing, and dance.  I might be one of the clumsiest humans on the planet but as soon as I get on stage I just feel so unstoppable.  Everyone has their own out let to release stress and mine is singing.  I started when I was in 7th grade.  I went out for High School Musical at John Carroll’s “Kid’s on Broadway.”  I was probably as nervous as a person can be when I walked into the camp that first Monday.  To my surprise we had try outs the first day.  I remember after my audition, everyone’s names were getting called and placed in their roles.  I was the last person to get called and my nervous mind didn’t piece it together that there was only one role left.  Gabriella, I couldn’t believe what I had heard but I held myself together and walked up the stage.  On my very first play I was the leading lady.  After that I knew all I wanted to do was act.
